Under no circumstances shall a Black Card holder share and/or allow any other individual other than oneself to utilise any of the benefits and/or entitlement as a Black Card holder. 

You agree that we shall not be liable to you in relation to the contents of, or use of, and/or otherwise in connection with this Black Card platform. You agree that you shall have no claim against any parties and/or our Company in respect of any disputes and/or losses suffered, if any in connection with this platform. You further agree that the exclusions and limitations of liability set out in this Disclaimer are reasonable. 

We reserve the right to suspend and/or terminate your Black Card membership at any time for any fraudulence, jeopardies and dishonest behaviors within our community at our discretion.
