BLACK CARD PREMIUM

1.  Black Card Platform’s subscriptions are solely open to people that are introduced by existing subscribers in worldwide aged 18 years and above.

2.  Black Card Platform Premium application only required one-time application fee of MYR7,000 that valid for whole lifetime after confirmed which has been applied across the board.

3.  One (1) Black Card Platform subscription is only applicable to single individual name.

4.  Black Card Platform’s merchant application will be subjected to the approval of Black Card Committee.

5.  The Black Card is not a credit card or charge card.

6.  The Black Card Premium status will commence and activate upon full payment and approval by top management.

7.  Black Card Premium subscription is strictly not transferable and refundable.

8.  Black Card Management Team reserves the right to use and utilise the database information for marketing purposes.

9.  All correspondences, update and exclusive information shall be forwarded through phone calls, SMS, e-mail and other social media platforms to Black Card Subscribers.

10. If a physical Black Card is stolen, lost or damaged, a fee of RM80.00 will be charged for each replacement card.

11. Black Card Management Team reserves the right to decline the issuance or withdrawal of the Black Card subscription at any time or terminate membership if found out any fraudulence, jeopardize and dishonest behaviours within our community as and when necessary with prior notice.

Black Card Management Team reserves the right to omit, add or amend the Black Card Loyalty Programme Terms and Conditions without prior notice.


All terms and conditions herein shall be governed and constructed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
